Outbreak response

LOVS for BDBV-2026

For responders and analysts deciding where the Bundibugyo virus response needs support next: a daily brief and map, built from official data.

The LOVS spatial map on a pale grey basemap, framed on north-eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo where Ituri, Nord-Kivu and Haut-Uele meet the Uganda border. Health zones with confirmed cases are shaded red, deeper where incidence is higher, each with a circle sized by its cases, and the larger zones are named on small red labels. The densest cluster runs along the border from Lake Edward north past Lake Albert, with shaded zones reaching west to Kisangani and Buta, a case marker at Goma to the south, and Uganda to the east.
